The safety of our artists, fans, and staff is always our top priority and planned for accordingly. We encourage those who are sick to stay home and remind everyone coming to our venues to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and use hand sanitizer.

We continue to implement preventive measures at all Live Nation Venues in line with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies. We have taken the following steps to help ensure the health and safety of everyone who walks into our buildings:

  • Extra hand sanitizer dispensers at all bathroom areas, concessions stands, lobbies, offices and backstage
  • Additional signage and messaging in restrooms, backstage and offices to help reinforce basic health and hygiene practices
  • Eliminating hand pump condiment dispensers, providing individual packages instead
  • Granting fans ability to bring disposable wipes and hand sanitizers into all venues
  • Janitorial staff equipped with additional USDA and Food Code Compliant disinfectants and wipes for immediate cleaning response
  • Increased frequency of cleaning routines and disinfection of high touch areas

To purchase tickets in person at our box office: We are open on show nights from the published door time until the headlining act goes on stage. We are also open every Saturday from 10AM to 2PM for sales with no service fees.

Refunds are only available in the event of a cancellation. No exchanges. In the event of a cancellation, all refunds will be given at the original place of purchase. Tickets purchased via phone or internet will be automatically refunded.

Will Call opens at published door time and will be available until the show ends. If you need to transfer your will call tickets to a person other than that of the credit card holder, please call Ticketmaster customer service at 800-745-3000. They can also help you with any questions about your previously placed order. (Some performances will not allow tickets to be transferred to another party in an effort to allow more fans access at the original/face value of ticket prices. These are clearly marked “Will Call Only” events.)

Age Policy: The Masonic is an all ages venue, with the exception of babes in arms. Every person must have a ticket. Please bring ear protection for your child, as this may be required at certain shows, at our discretion. If we are presenting a children’s event, we may alter this policy. Please check the specific event for information.

We are located at 1111 California Street in San Francisco, across the street from Grace Cathedral.

Public Transportation:

Get off at Embarcadero Station. The California Street Cable Car is located at California and Jackson streets and will stop at California and Taylor streets. The #1 California bus is located at Sacramento and Front streets and will stop at Cushman Street. www.bart.gov

The #1 California bus eastbound runs on Clay Street. Exit at Jones Street and walk two blocks south to California Street. The #1 California bus westbound runs on Sacramento Street. Exit Cushman Street and walk one block south to California Street. www.sfmta.com

The California Street Cable Car runs east and west on California Street from Van Ness Avenue to Market Street. Traveling either direction, exit Taylor Street. www.sfmta.com

The entrance to our on-site parking garage is on California Street, just next to the entrance. It is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. We recommend purchasing parking in advance of any show, as space is limited. Parking is available for purchase via ParkWhiz.

Additional garages are available at Grace Cathedral (Taylor between California and Sacramento & Crocker Garage (California between Taylor and Mason).

Entry Information

For everyone’s safety, guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening, subject to artist and management discretion. Some examples of items that are not allowed include: weapons, sharp or dangerous items, large markers, food, beverages, drugs, wallet chains, mace, stickers, flyers or multiples of items intended for resale or distribution, cameras, video/audio recorders, etc. This list is subject to change show by show, or at the performer’s request.

Please note: the camera policy frequently changes based on the preference of the artist. Many performers allow small personal pocket cameras but require a press pass for professional gear.

Alcohol: To purchase alcoholic beverages, patrons must present valid government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. (United States-issued ID card/drivers license or passport only. No exceptions.)

Re-Entry: There is no re-entry once you have been admitted into the venue.
